Dr. Karen Clay brings over two decades of expertise spanning corporate, academic, and consulting environments to her practice. She holds a Ph.D. in International Relations with a Specialist in International Education from New York University, a Master of Public Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas A&M University, and a Master of Arts in International Studies from Florida International University. Her diverse professional background includes corporate experience as an International Affairs Specialist, extensive work in higher education managing student success and retention initiatives, and directing study abroad programming. Her academic research focuses on South-South development cooperation, emerging donor relations, U.S.-Latin American relations, Brazil and Haiti. This unique combination of corporate, academic, and international experience allows Dr. Clay to provide comprehensive support across business consultation, career coaching, and social branding services.
